NEVA II and NEVA II ITALIA FUNDS
We seek the best Italian and international excellence, on a larger scale. With a collection target of 500 million euros, the Funds aim to increase the value of the capital by investing in companies that operate on a global scale and have above-average growth prospects. This is thanks to the quality of the founding members, the excellent match between the solutions offered and the needs of the customers, and the size of the reference market.
Neva II and Neva II Italia co-invest in accordance with the investment fund regulations. Neva II Italia is SFDR Art. 8 and PIR compliant.
NEVA II – PARALLELO LOMBARDIA FUND
Through the Neva II – Parallelo Lombardia Fund, a parallel fund of Neva II and Neva II Italia, we seek high‑potential cleantech startups and scale-ups based in Lombardy.
The Fund, with assets under management (AUM) of EUR 20 million, is fully subscribed by the Lombardia Venture STEP fund of funds of Regione Lombardia and invests exclusively in companies with registered and operating offices in Lombardy, active in the cleantech sector and with a Technology Readiness Level (TRL) equal to or higher than 6. SVILUPPO ECOSISTEMI DI INNOVAZIONE FUND
The Sviluppo Ecosistemi di Innovazione fund supports the development of Italian innovation ecosystems. It invests in Undertakings for Collective Investment (UCITS) or other types of vehicles such as incubators, accelerators, startup studios, holding companies which aim to implement research, selection, acceleration and professionalization programs for startups in Italy.
