Neva SGR is Intesa Sanpaolo's venture capital company: it combines the leadership, expertise and network of an international team dedicated to venture capital with the reputation and industrial network of one of the largest European banking and insurance Groups.

Neva invests globally in new category leaders focused on solving the greatest challenges of our time in four key areas: life science, climate tech & energy transition, digital transformation, and aerospace & manufacturing.

Neva aspires to attract the best Italian founders, bridging them with the global VC ecosystem, and to invest in international founders that want to get access to the industrial and technological ecosystems in Italy.

NEVA II and NEVA II ITALIA FUNDS

We seek the best Italian and international excellence, on a larger scale. With a collection target of 500 million euros, the Funds aim to increase the value of the capital by investing in companies that operate on a global scale and have above-average growth prospects. This is thanks to the quality of the founding members, the excellent match between the solutions offered and the needs of the customers, and the size of the reference market.

Neva II and Neva II Italia co-invest in accordance with the investment fund regulations. Neva II Italia is SFDR Art. 8 and PIR compliant.

NEVA FIRST and NEVA FIRST ITALIA FUNDS

We seek Italian and international excellence to help it grow. With a fundraising target of 500 million euros, we aim to invest in companies that operate on a global scale and with the prospect of becoming the leaders of tomorrow.

Neva II Italia is classified under Article 8 of the SFDR Regulation and complies with the PIR regulations.

SVILUPPO ECOSISTEMI DI INNOVAZIONE FUND

The Sviluppo Ecosistemi di Innovazione fund supports the development of Italian innovation ecosystems. It invests in Undertakings for Collective Investment (UCITS) or other types of vehicles such as incubators, accelerators, startup studios, holding companies which aim to implement research, selection, acceleration and professionalization programs for startups in Italy.
The Sviluppo Ecosistemi di Innovazione fund has initial resources of 26 million euros, fully subscribed

by Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center.
